Nose Go
February 17th, 2010
Yis ‘Nose Go’ Goodwin is a Philadelphia-based artist with a passion for illustration and multi-media arts. He uses a mixed media style to deliver highly energetic work. His designs feature an assemblage of patterns, vibrant colors and characters derived from his imagination, and his surrounding environment. Nose holds a B.F.A. in Film and Digital Video from the University of the Arts. Nose’s work is about just having fun, and often takes a silly approach when it comes to delivering an image. If anything is supposed to be taken from his work it’s to just enjoy yourself and have fun.

Big Red
This painting of a red panda is meant to have kind of a weird trippy space feel, not for any real reason but pure fun.

Bobby
A close friend of mine from Texas sent me this amazing print. A hobby of mine is to go to thrift stores, find old paintings, and remix them. This one is called Bobby because there is a bobcat in the monsters mouth.

Freed Storage
This painting was fun because I played with several styles that I have learned through the years, which have just been storing and hint to the title ‘Freed Storage.’

I Heart U
I met this amazing singer and I painted this while listening to her album.

Roll Through
This is a truck driver rolling through a monster movie.

Rock N Roll Kid Show
This is just meant to be wild and crazy.
