Strawn Table from David Stine
Posted on March 12, 2010 in Furniture:

Call it rural modernism or rustic sophistication - by any name David Stine’s style is one that has sprung from the marriage of classic American furniture design with the demand for sustainability. Like the song of the forest itself, David Stine’s designs are a running commentary on nature melded with humanity. Each of David Stine’s pieces are crafted from wood lovingly stewarded on his family owned 400 acre ranch in Illinois. Only trees that have reached the end of their lifespans are carefully selected, harvested and shaped into a pieces for the home.
